we really enjoyed our amazing stay. very clean property. walking distance to the shops and chemist's across the street. staff was accommodating, solved all problems we had.

Breakfast was marvellous, location was perfect, staff was helpful. Liked having a sunny balcony. Stopped by Cafe Geyik to get some coffee and treats, it's so close to the venue, recommend. What's more, free Wi Fi & free parking were available.

We appreciated how close it is to macka park. 15 minutes walk from the tube.

All as expected, not far from Taksim. Not fancy but very good.

Taksim gezi park was located in the near vicinity. We enjoyed the balcony, it was good.

I liked the view and the balcony so much, the room was Sea view, sitting at the balcony and watching the sunset was amazing. As well the hotel was five minutes from the city center and the shopping area.

I had a problem in my reservation during the C\In regarding using the executive lounge facilities,, the front desk supervisor promised to check the matter and to call me back, but he never did, I had to talk to him again on the second day of arrival, there was nothing, I talked to another F.O. agent, who promised to solve it and call me back, but he did not. Finally on the third day I asked the supervisor again who said that I can use the Lounge, but I did not use it during the whole stay as I was not sure about his answer.

Good location. Large pleasant room with fine views and a good balcony.Ideal for business trips to the city.Good choice of menus and excellent staff in the bars and restaurants.

The price of food and drinks were rather high compared with city bars and restaurants.

Aged decor and furnishings. Poor room service. horribly expensive Internet charges.

Location and facilities are ok. Prices in restaurants are similar to the prices in near districts.

10mins walk to Taksim square, good facilities, quite and classy

Some staff were not as welcoming or friendly as you would expect in a 5 star hotel

We liked the closeness to the centre of Istanbul

Old televisions in use. I stayed at Holiday Inn for my first night. Accommodation far superior.
